We collect your email address and password when you create an account. Within the app, we store your tasks, reflections, flow sessions, and preferences so your practice persists across devices.
Your data is used solely to operate ZenOS — to authenticate you, sync your practice, and remember your preferences. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored in the United States on SOC 2 Type 2 certified infrastructure. All communication and your stored data are encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process your request within 30 days.
